7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, with no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Send an e-mail to [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase.
- Include the e-mail address used at purchase and your order number (if you have it).
How the refund is made
We confirm your request and process the refund within 7 days, to the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on the payment provider, the amount may take a few more days to appear in your account or e-wallet. If a refund to the original method is not possible, we will contact you to arrange another way.
After the refund, access to the product is cancelled.

After the 7-day period, purchases are not refundable, except where required by applicable law, if the product was not delivered, or in case of a duplicate charge, which we always refund in full.
